What better way to start a Sunday than with Pioneer Woman's Eggberts Sunriser?I made this a few weeks ago and everyone loved it. So much, in fact, that this time I was cooking for 6 on a Sunday morning! The recipe is here. Instead of ham, I used bacon. I also put out avocado, salsa and sour cream for toppings, so people could pick what they wanted.
Bascially it is hashbrowns, bacon/onions/peppers/jalapeno mixture, steakfries, cheese, and egg (cooked however you like) layered in a skillet. Just thinking about it is making me hungry! And its fat free! UM YEAH I WISH!

Sounds like a fun weekend! The recipe looks yummy. Did Jeff like it? Maybe we should make that next year on Christmas morning to change things up a bit!
Oh yes Jeff loved that recipe, in fact we have made it three times now! Its soo good!
