Last Christmas Truss and Silvia gave us a fondue set for a Christmas gift. It has turned out very useful, as several other couples in our neighborhood have them as well and so we decided to start a monthly fondue dinner party. We rotate houses and each are in charge of a course. Last month it was at our house and we had a cheese course, a meat course, and a chocolate course (of course!). We had a huge selection of things to dip -- breads, apples, roasted potatoes, and veggies for cheese, steak, squash, mushrooms and salmon for the broth, and mini cheesecake, graham crackers with marshmellow cream, strawberries, bananas, chocolate chip cookies, pinapple, oreos and pound cake for chocolate. We love our neighbors and look forward to all our get togethers! (Now if we can just convert a few of them to love OU football.....)

YUM!! I love fondue nights!! We have a set also and love to use it! It's so much fun with the family also!
